Refund & Order Changes Policy
All orders are custom-made and sent to production shortly after the order is placed.
Because each item is made specifically for your order, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once the order has been placed and production has started.
If you need to change your design, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the design if your order has not yet entered production.
Once the order has entered production, no design changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
